What Keeps this Running
Welcome to the 'This Place' section, where you'll learn about the works of this site. First of all, this website is designed and run by me, Teya. All the content is of my own creation. Please do not take anything and claim it as your own. If you are interested in anything, or have questions, please send them to 13.raven at gmail.com. And of course, who cannot forget Kieu who kindly offered to host my blog!
History
To everyone's suprise, no, this is not my first blog. I've only had 2 serious blogs as to now, and the first one was called Lavender Sweets and made at the very beginning of my entrance into the web world (other than neopets ;) ). It was first hosted by lunar-star.net (which no longer exists). I was hosted again at fukari.net (no longer exists), and then a couple months after my blog turned a year old, I decided to take a break off design... And somewhat close Lavender Sweets. I guess a main reason was that I felt my layouts weren't good enough and that 'Lavender Sweets' didn't seem like that great of a name. I mean, it does have meaning, but it just seemed too kiddie for me. Anyways, a few months later I developed Winter Raven, a new blog and created a layout that actually went along the lines of 'winter' :P. Winter is a nice season in a sense, but if you ever asked me, I would probably say summer was my favorite. But winter is the season of my birthday and a season of frost. And doesn't everyone love snow :P. As for raven, it was just something dark and mysterious. As if it were inevitable, I took another break off the webscene around 2006. I left Fallen-Hope because I simply wasn't updating and my website had been on haitus for a long period of time. Thank you so much though, Taryn for hosting me all that time :). In 2008, I decided to get back on the web scene and, trust me, finding a host was a lot harder than before (I sort of lost all my connections and 'web' presence). However, thanks to Kieu, I've found a new home!
